All Reward SURVEYS Have Been Sent!

Good morning my Wolf Pack!

As I mentioned in my last update the funds came in and we are off to the races for fulfillment! I have sent all of the print files off to the printer, so hopefully within the next week or I will receive the proofs and so we can move forward to hopefully getting those bad boys printing in next two weeks.

A quick note for those of you whose pledges were unable to be collected. Not to worry, you will still receive a shipping survey via BackerKit with all of your pledge information, and you'll be able to make your pledge using Paypal or a credit card so that you'll receive your rewards along with all of the other pledges that were processed through Kickstarter.

Now, that brings us to SURVEYS!

Because the management of add-ons is near impossible with the regular Kickstarter survey, we've teamed up with the kind people over at BackerKit to send you an extremely simple survey in order to collect the info we need to fulfill your rewards.

You should have already received the invitation to complete your survey THIS MORNING around 7:30AM EDT!

• The entire process should only take a couple minutes to complete.
• The invitation will be sent directly to the email address linked to your Kickstarter account.
• Be sure to check your spam folder in case it was captured there!
• It is important to submit the completed survey as quickly as possible in order for us to commence fulfillment.

What Special About the BackerKit Survey?

BackerKit gives you the opportunity to verify your reward, make your selections (i.e. choose a color, size, etc) as well as verify and validate your shipping address. On top of all that, you can also upgrade your pledge level or add additional items to your existing pledge!

You don't need to make a login and password in order to access your survey as you will receive an email with a unique link. If you want to go back to review your info, simply click on the link in your email again.

Ready for your Digital Rewards? All Digital Rewards will be available after all of the Surveys have been completed an locked down! The last day to finalize your survey is December 18th. So you will receive your digital rewards on the 19th!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

Good morning my Wolf Pack!

I just checked and I have received  the funds from Kickstarter! That means I can start placing orders for the comics to get printed and order any remaining rewards that need ordering! In a previous update I mentioned that if the funds fell below certain thresholds due to failed credit card transactions I wouldn't be able to order some of the stretch goal rewards. Well, it turns out that we fell just below the $7,000 mark for the Black Claw Die Cut Sticker. Regardless, I'm still going to order the sticker anyway! 

Soon, you’ll receive an email with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as  you can since I need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey  link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available  soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change  your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final  counts.

Good evening my Wolf Pack! 

Thank you for joining the Wolf Pack and helping me to make this an awesome campaign! I am so very thankful that you are taking this creative journey with me! As I said in my last update there is still more Night Wolf stories to tell and you helped to make that happen! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

What are the next steps? A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment.

Here's a quick rundown:

First, Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so I have the money to make the rewards (this can take up to two weeks). Kickstarter has notified me that some of the payments were declined. If funds fall behind the unlocked stretch goal thresholds I won't be able to place the order for them. So please double check you payment method in your Kickstarter account so that we can keep the last few unlocked stretch goal rewards.

Second, I have to find out your reward information and where we need to ship them. I’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information.

I’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.

If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)

If you prefer, you can contact me directly and give me your information, but answering your survey help me get your rewards out to you faster. BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing me with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.
